 Sorry it's been so long, folks!  We have been doing other projects to wrap up the end of the year and by so doing we've neglected the website.  However, since the new year has begun, we have great plans!  The site will be updated weekly, with articles, and we plan on putting up a bunch more videos as well, so check on the site regularly!
 

This is for when someone is wearing a jacket of any kind. You can even do it on a t shirt, just make sure you have a handful of cloth so it doesn't rip. This is a gi-Juijitsu technique converted into street self defense. Once you have them in side mount you can attempt this choke. Especially now that we are approaching winter a lot more people will be wearing jackets, making this technique very practical.
