Free Fitness Program through AMA!!!

Because this is a relatively small community (especially at this stage), we are offering free fitness programs.  The only string attached is that you must register.  It is free to register.  Nothing on this website will ever cost you money.  If you want anonymity, be sure to choose a username that is not your real name.  If you are a client/student of mine, then you must let me know what your username is so I can recognize you.

Here are the steps:

#1 Register

#2  Go to the forums page to training logs and create your own training log.  Your first post will NOT be a description of any workout.  It MUST BE  a description of yourself and your goals.  We require you to give us your age, height, weight, gender, fitness level, background in fitness, fitness goals, and all of the VERY SPECIFIC details that pertain to your uniqueness.  The more specific you are the more specific we can be in providing you with a training program.  If you are in any kind of Martial Art and want to train for competition, definitely let us know!

#3  Wait by giving us 2-5 business days to create your program.

#4  After receiving your training program, update your training log by posting all of your workout information (see the "member rules for fitness logs" thread at the top of the Training Log forum.)

This is a limited-time offer!  We don't know when this website will get more members than we can handle, so make sure to take advantage of this NOW!  The offer may not stand in the future.

If you are one of our clients, you are automatically entitled to a fitness program, therefore it is not a limited-time offer for you.  Just let us know and we will provide you with one!

By registering and signing up for a free exercise program, you are not holding Applied Martial Arts or any of its representatives liable or accountable for any injury or other affliction caused by adhering to the program.  Understand that you must consult with a physician prior to engaging in any physical activity that requires more intensity than you are used to.  By registering and signing up for your free exercise program, you are doing so at your own risk.
