Kucera's Training Log

Patrick lets see if you can help an old friend out. I am an avid weight lifter now. I am 5' 10" 173 lbs and about 6% body fat. I have been doing well in accomplishing my goal. My goal is 195 lbs and about 5% body fat. I have gotten up to 182 before and was continuing to gain more muscle mass, but then all of a sudden I dropped back down to 170 in a matter of weeks. I am working on getting a lot stronger as well. Due to injuries i am afraid to try and max out. I had knee surgery a year ago. I also almost tore my rotater cuff about 8 months ago and still hurt in my shoulder sometimes.
These are my estimated lift max's:
Squat: Working up to do these consistently again.
Power clean: I haven't done these since highschool.
Deadlift: Too much stress on my knees at the moment. But I do sometimes do medium weight with 55 db's.
Flat Bench: 275 lbs
Incline: 260 lbs
Decline: 275 lbs
Weighted dips: 310 lbs
Barbell biceps curls: 85 lbs
Shoulder Press: 165 lbs

Oh and I also try and do some high intensity cardio for about 8 min all out about 2-3 times per week
