mesurable Goals: score a perfect 100 pts on fit exam 10% body fat non-mesurable goals: increase speed & power - toneing is importaint, mass is not. don't care about body weight when I fist met with you I said something like "weigh as much as much as possible" that may have been missinterpreted as body build. I don't mind building muscle as long as it doesn't slow me down. I am wanting to get back into competition shape after this injury and maybe even better. I may be interested in continuous sparring this year. Breakfast - eggs or oatmeal (not instant) Lunch - meat and veggies, rice Dinner - veggies and meat, rice Is your diet consistent? no I eat a variety of foods How much water do you drink? - 1 gal give or take a quart Do you drink alcoholic beverages, smoke, etc.? - not even soda pop Do you take a multivitamin.
